Hemos compartido un viaje con Elmer durante 15 días de forma interrumpida puesto que hacíamos parada en La Habana. En lo profesional debo decir que su actuación es intachable: es puntual el coche limpio y ordenado y sabe reaccionar ante los imprevistos como un pinchazo que tuvimos que lo solvento rápidamente. Su elección de las casas particulares para dormir fue acertada puesto que hemos conocido a gente entrañable. Nos ha ayudado a conocer mejor la cultura de Cuba y es una persona muy divertida y alegre. El viaje sin el no habría sido el mismo. Recomiendo a Elmer para acompañaros en vuestro viaje a Cuba.
Elmer ha sido para nosotros lo mejor que hemos encontrado en Cuba sin duda ninguna,nos ha echo sentir como en familia,de hecho para nosotros nuestra familia ha aumentado conociendolo a el a su esposa y su hijo,hemos visitido lugares de Cuba que no vienen en folletos,hemos vivido una experiencia plenamente cubana. Elmer is a friend we made for life. He is truly an amaZing person with a beautiful soul. He was very open minded during our trip and ALWAYS did everything in his way to make us happy during the week we spent together. He always put us first and brought us to the coolest places, he was also open to recommendation. He planned most of our trip when we told him what areas we wanted to go to. He wasn't hesitant to fit a lot in and cover a lot of ground in a short period of time.
I wish I could've taken him home in my suitcase.

We arranged our trip from Havana to Trinidad with Elmer by email from the UK and he was bang on time to collect us from our Casa. He's a good driver, knowledgeable, reliable, honest and excellent value.
We needed subsequent taxi journeys from Trinidad to Playa Larga and then Playa Larga to Havana. Elmer was happy to drive from Havana on each occasion and ferry us around for reasonable cost.
More than that, he is a great laugh. You're hiring more than just a taxi driver and our holiday was better for having spent all the hours on the road with him.
I recommend using a taxi in Cuba even on the longer trips. We were a party of 4 and the taxi worked out around 50% more than taking a bus. It was more comfortable, we were able to stop along the way when we wanted and it felt more in touch with the country. If you are going to take a taxi, then I thoroughly recommend Elmer Lores!
Pasamos en Cuba un poco más de dos semanas y, en ellas, recorrimos prácticamente toda esta bonita Isla acompañados por Elmer.
Nos llevó a los lugares programados, pero además, y esto es lo más importante, nos acogió en Cuba como si fuésemos su familia con una inmensa hospitalidad que nunca olvidaremos.
